“We took a different approach to defining our guiding values,” explained Gibraltar President Scott Winicour. “It was important to us to take a collaborative, employee-first approach; we wanted to hear from everyone and keep an open mind along the way. Ultimately, our process included listening, reflecting on what we heard, then narrowing down and defining the values that resonated most with our team.”
It was also important to keep the values succinct. “Our values are a reflection of who we are and to be most impactful, they need to be short and memorable, so we can incorporate them and live them every day,” Winicour said.
