While most financing stories celebrate the closing of a deal, at Gibraltar Business Capital we also value another important milestone: when a client achieves independence and no longer requires our support.
We are pleased to announce that our long-standing partner, Prodigy Health, has fully repaid its lending facility following a successful acquisition. This achievement demonstrates the results of a partnership grounded in diligence, understanding, and shared vision.
The Capital That Created the Momentum
Before this milestone, Prodigy Health was focused on growth.
To support this growth, Prodigy needed a financing partner who could offer creative solutions, act quickly, and provide operational flexibility. GBC delivered on these needs.
In 2022, GBC provided Prodigy with an initial $25MM line of credit to support expanded distribution. As Prodigy grew, the facility increased to $30MM in 2024, $35MM in 2025, and then $40MM again in 2025. This flexible capital enabled Prodigy to pursue strategic opportunities, attract a strategic acquirer, and ultimately repay its lending facility in full.
Partnerships Built for the Long-Term
From the outset, GBC took a hands-on approach, investing time to understand Prodigy’s business, operating model, and industry dynamics. This diligence enabled GBC to structure a financing solution that was both responsive and resilient.
As a result, Prodigy gained the confidence and flexibility to address challenges, make strategic investments, and pursue intentional growth.
“The diligence Gibraltar brought to our first credit facility in 2022 set the tone for everything that followed,” said Jeff Morris, Prodigy Health’s Chief Financial Officer. “That early work built a level of trust and confidence that remained consistent throughout the four-year partnership. Closing this chapter reflects not just our success as a company but the strength of the partnership we built with Gibraltar.”
GBC congratulates the Prodigy Health team on this milestone and the success achieved throughout our partnership. It has been a privilege to support their growth, and we wish them continued success.
