Gibraltar Business Capital (GBC) has proudly supported Revolution Foods since 2023, when GBC provided a $17.5 million senior secured credit facility to support the company’s working capital and growth objectives. Recently, that partnership reached a new milestone as Revolution Foods completed a strategic acquisition, marking an important step in the company’s next phase of growth.
The transaction required close collaboration among Revolution Foods, its private equity sponsor, and its existing debt holders. GBC spearheaded that effort to ensure all parties were aligned and effectuate a smooth transition post close. GBC extended Revolution Foods’ credit facility and modified its covenants, providing a flexible approach designed to give the company the runway it needed to grow following the acquisition.
“Gibraltar has been a great lending and business partner to Revolution Foods,” said George Blanco, CEO of Revolution Foods. “They have consistently worked with us to meet the needs of our business. That kind of partnership was especially valuable as we worked through this acquisition and prepared for our next stage of growth.
“We’re proud to support Revolution Foods as they continue to scale,” said Scott Winicour, CEO of Gibraltar Business Capital. “Working closely with our clients and taking a thoughtful, practical approach to helping them move forward with confidence is exactly the kind of partnership we strive for.”
